Welcome to our Virtual Scouting EXPO!
Schedule of events:
6:00-6:10 pm - Welcome/Opening
6:10 - 8:55 pm - Password hunt, visit all the rooms!
8:55 - 9:00 pm - Closing
The morning of August 6th more details instructions with a list of links will be emailed out to the registered email addresses.
We will open the rooms at 5:45 pm to allow for everyone to be in prior to the opening at 6:00 pm. It does not matter which room you choose to start in as the Opening and Closing will play in all of the rooms at 6:00 pm.
You will move between breakout rooms by changing your name to reflect the room you want to move into. (For instance, I will put "training" at the beginning of my name if I want to go into the training room. The host will then move me into the training room. When I am ready to move into the "NYLT" room I will change my name to show NYLT at the beginning of my name and the host will move me to the new room.) The list of available rooms will be included in the instructions with the links sent out the morning of August 6th.
If you do not receive the links or scheduled, please email Adventure@AlamoAreaBSA.org and we will get it to you.
Passwords will be collected from each room to complete your "hunt". Once completed, you will enter your information online at the link provided allowing your name to be entered into the drawings for the door prizes/HEB $100 gift cards. Drawings will be held on August 7th and notifications will be made after noon on August 7th directly to the winners.
