The USAA Foundation is the presenting sponsor of the Personal Management Merit Badge academy. Merit Badge University (MBU) is offering the opportunity to earn the Personal Management Merit Badge. Scouts who are 1st Class or above may participate. There are 3 meeting days over 3 months. The goal of the event is to provide insight into personal, time and financial management, which will also help scouts on their path toward their Eagle Scout rank.
