Registration information....PLEASE READ FIRST!!!!
This registration offers a deposit to reserve your spot through April 30, 2021. Deposits are non-refundable and remaining payments must be made by May 1st, 2021 online.
Registration is set up to be done Individually or by Pack. Council highly suggests registering as a Pack so that you can track your scouts and volunteers. You can pay by e-check or credit card online.
UNITS THAT ARE UNABLE TO REGISTER ONLINE MUST MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THE OUTDOOR ADVENTURE DEPARTMENT AT 210-341-8611 TO COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION OF THE UNIT.
Please collect the following information before registering:
Cub Scout: t-shirt size, cub scout rank while at camp.
Adult Volunteers: Registration information - Mailing address, birth date, full legal name (required information for a background check), what days willing to volunteer. No free shirts will be given to adults, if you would like a Day Camp T-shirt to wear, please order one during registration ($10-$12)
Tigers: (those that just graduated kindergarten) must have a Tiger Parent present every day at camp. Tiger Parents must register as a Adult Volunteer and note that they are a Tiger Parent when prompted during registration. If the parent is unable to attend every day, we suggest that you consider attending our Tiger Day Camp which is just two days over a weekend at McGimsey Scout Park June 5-6, 2021. Staff Support –If you are hired to fill a paid position you may choose to be paid for your time at camp or you may choose to have 1 scout (family member) attend camp at no cost. This is for volunteers who have been hired to work a program station (Tiger Parents not qualified). Each staff member will receive one free t-shirt. You will need to contact the Outdoor Adventure Department to register the scout at no charge of you choose that option. (email@example.com or 210-341-8611)
DEN CHIEFS: must be under the supervision of a Scouts BSA Troop Leader, a Cub Scout Pack Leader or a Parent or Guardian who is a registered adult on-site. Den Chiefs are required to submit a completed health form and a copy of their Den Chief training certification in order to participate as a Den Chief. Den Chiefs may purchase an adult sized t-shirt during registration if they would like a shirt to wear at camp, no free shirts will be given.
