The BMX track and 1400 foot tandem zip line were added for Boy Scout Summer Camp 2015, Log rolling in 2016, Range upgrades and a water slide in 2017, new climbing wall in 2018, find out what's coming in 2019! Dedicated, motivated and experienced staff members are the key to providing the kind of program you deserve. Our goal is to make your visit an experience your troop will never forget. This week is a BOY TROOP ONLY WEEK.

Fees are only refundable according to the Council Refund Policy which can be found at www.alamoareabsa.org/paymentpolicy. Refunds will not be given at camp, all refunds will be processed after the camp session. We encourage troops to be careful not to overpay.  If in doubt, consult the information on this page or contact us.  The Council refund policy will apply to all over payments.  Refunds must be requested according to the Council Refund Policy. NOTE: A CHANGE TO YOUR UNIT'S NUMBERS DOES NOT QUALIFY AS A REFUND REQUEST.

All units must pay 100% of anticipated fees no later than 7 days prior to arrival at camp.  WITHIN 7 DAYS OF ARRIVAL, RESERVATION REDUCTIONS WILL NOT GENERALLY BE ALLOWED.  Additions will be allowed at the discretion of the Camp Director.   

Some additional costs may be involved for certain programs (i.e. ammunition for shooting sports, craft kits for craft merit badges, etc.), boys should come appropriately prepared based on their program choices. See the Leader's Guide for more details. 


Unit Registrations:

There is a $150.00 deposit required when submitting this reservation.  Deposits are non-refundable or transferable and are INCLUDED in the total of fees paid. 

In Spring of 2019 you will receive access to Tentaroo where you will manage the remainder of your registration, to include making all remaining payments. 

One adult will be free for every eight boys attending. (No Fractions). 

The Merit Badge registration system on Tentaroo will be available on May 14th, 2019.

Campsites will be assigned based on the number of scouts and leaders attending camp. Note that we cannot guarantee that your troop will be assigned to any particular site.
